[20:49] [Solarchos (Nagi Springfield)] Well, it's made fresh from cattle we have raised on Unmei, then we harvest it, soak it in cider vinegar with a little mixture of brown sugar for a day...

[20:50] [Bomowas Andrimiton (Abh starship officer)] During our time on Unmei after the Tenacious was shot down. I have to admit trying new foods and living in the forests as long as we had to made for a lot of interesting new experiences.
[20:51] [Miara (maid)] Oh, that sounds wonderful.
[20:51] [Solarchos (Nagi Springfield)] After letting it soak we then coat the meat with seasonings. Mainly a mixture of black pepper and a few other spices.
[20:52] [+David O'Cain] Andrimitron - Heh. One day, you'll see how well I do BBQ. Hell, the others here can atest to that.
[20:53] [Solarchos (Nagi Springfield)] And finally after that we cook the meat strips in ovens set at 150 degrees for anywhere from 6 to 12 hours. Naturally since the meat slices vary from piece to piece the time isn't fixed. We have the computer systems in the ovens monitor the meat and remove slices once they're ready.
